In the year 2200, with humanity's declining birthrates, Japan has become a country of cats. Taciturn high school girl Mugishima-san lives with her ex-stray cat Sora. The town they live in is especially full of cats, who have all learned to speak Japanese and have Opinions. A slow, happy, kitty slice of life comedy.
